Returns

If you decide that you do not require My Login Vault you can return the item to us for a full refund. Please contact us before returning an item by emailing us at support@myloginvault.com

To accept a return the item must be:

  • returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • returned in the condition it was sent to you (new), any damage to the item and the return will not be accepted.
  • in full working order (devices are tested before shipping out)
  • returned in its original box which should also be undamaged.

Will you refund my return postage?

If we have sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty/damaged we will also refund the return postage. In all other cases return postage will NOT be refunded.

A full refund will be issued within 5 days of us receiving the item using the payment method you originally used.
